I have a bag of four common fonts, and interested friends can use the Source and command to install:

APT-GET Install TTF-Microsoft-Simsun TTF-Microsoft-Simhei
APT-GET Install TTF-Microsoft-SIMYOU TTF-Microsoft-SIMLI
There is also a Fontconfig
Local.conf.
