1. Delete the AIMSADMPW file under Arcims installed / arcims / appserver directory.
2. Stop Arcimstasker, ArcimsMonitor, and ArcimsApplication service (in the control panel service).
3. Start ArciMSApplication, ArcimsMonitor, and Arcimstasker service (in the control panel service).
4. Re-run the Manager to set the new username and password.
