On the source server, select the database to be backed up, right - All tasks - back up the database. Purpose - Add to --- Device - This file is new and extension is new, this file is new. Complete this step.
On the target server, new databases, the same name, new equipment, the same name, the source device, select the source backup file, restore, if the first error occurs, will be OK.
