Simply put, D language is a new programming language, including C , C # with Java's strength, supplementing their shortcomings.
D language author Walter Bright (alone, violent !!!) is a famous Symantec C Compiler author, so this language is still looking forward to.
The current version is D 0.103, OCT 20, 2004. (Follow, look forward to the new version ...)
There are many features present on the homepage. In my opinion, mainly, the garbage collection mechanism:
Compared with C , D language uses garbage collection mechanism (GC), and liberates programmers from the pointer heap;
Compared with C # / Java, its garbage collection mechanism does not require virtual machines, and the operating speed is improved, dependent reduction;
It is the combination of the efficiency of C / C and the safety of Java.
