But according to my observations, feelings, these three groups have huge differences in communication, manufacturers interaction and humanity, and talk about it.
I am distinguishing between network design and network management design. Net management design - just a noun, its knowledge field and skill expertise are the point of network administrator. For example, use a variety of operating system platform to build an enterprise internal network to ensure the smoothness and long communication of the internal network of the enterprise. Working skills for enterprises to open email, FTP function, web services, and simple NAT conversion. Maybe I ink more ink is the network administrator of the Linux platform, and of course the Windows platform and network administrators of other operating systems. Network design is more reflected in the scope of WAN, such as remote access, switched routing, bandwidth and other work skills. (Of course, the work skills here only refer to basic skills) and programming, no more, everyone knows. I just emphasize that people do not include project management, including people who use various development tools to perform code-written.

First: Differences in communication.
It is undeniable that the communication of the network design group is the worst group. According to my limited observation, whether it is program design and network management design, there is a good communication and communication environment, and only the network design of this group does not have a communication exchange between the table, and improve each other. For example: programming: Currently in .NET technology and Java technology as hot, please see, .NET technology has two strong groups in Bo Tao and bloggers! It is very good to communicate with communication skills, it can be described as happy. Net management design, whether Microsoft's platform is still a platform for community and newsgroups. And in the field of network design, I am ignorant, I am really hard to find a community or forum that can make me interested. Cisco is the leader of the network field. His professional qualification certificate is very market strategy, but it is very bad in the construction of the community and the interaction between network people. Its own news group and community are just small. Communicate, and more is foreign people's participation, and non-nations.
Second: Differences in the interaction of manufacturers
It is undeniable that our current IT staff uses the hand weapon (various software, hardware [Huawei's router does not talk, Taiwan's products are mainland or non-mainland, and it is not talking about it]) is a foreigner. These manufacturers are especially important for exchange interactions for exchange interactions for their own markets and a first-line person using their products. Because as long as these first-line users can truly understand the advantages and disadvantages of manufacturers and proposals. (Of course, the final decision is the boss or investor's scope. Here I don't talk about me. I have participated in Microsoft Tech-ED Conference 2 times. I also participated in the Linux Open World Exhibition. Feelings are undoubtedly a deep impression and influence of the so-called technical exchange conference that is already advertised by the manufacturers. This is undoubtedly harmful to the manufacturer's product sales and market expansion. And my personal experience is concerned, Microsoft is the best and most intimate company between the world and their product users. Their Microsoft community, their MVP elections, their MCT strategy, etc., there is an impression that: follow me, you have a good day. Of course, this exhibition and reward system undoubtedly need strong financial resources to support. But I am strange that Cisco's financial resources have no problem, but they held the network technology conference, the feeling of giving me is "small family" is extremely strong. Legend Legend Chambers is a ghost, but can't save money on this? In November, Beijing should hold the "Network Olympic" exhibition, Cisco. I am very happy, but I am also very disappointed, first, place is only in Beijing; second, time is only 2 days. And here I want to criticize the Cisco's TAC group staff, I don't know how the United States is the situation, but I feel very good in China, but because I have less contact, I can't talk about it in detail. Where is it? Not good, I just feel a bit less enthusiastic. In contrast, Microsoft's technical support team may be a world-class customer support team. (In the past, the industry is recognized as the best is Sybase, but now I don't touch it, nor I don't know) Recently, the company established a technology research and development center in Shanghai, hoping to disappoint us.
Third: Differences in human nature
This topic may touch some people's interests, but this problem is not avoided. It is also because of this topic, leading to the root cause of the first problem! I don't know if others are like this. In short, I feel that I can engage in online design, and I am far from the programming and network management designers. At least I came into contact with it. When I still engage in programming, and later I have been engaged in network management, I have received many people's selfless help, many of the information sharing and communicating, and now it is still like this. Seeing many programming forums and many people on Blog share their own technical experience, my current web design person is really envious. And this situation I also talked to my friends around me. They are also the case, but I really want us to share our own experience, and I am not willing. What is the network design person to have this mentality? I also think about it, the possibility is: the network knowledge is simple! That is to say, many experiences, however, as long as others tell you, you will know. There is no technical deep excavation potential to say. In the network design areas, sometimes more is needed to identify others, and let others agree to be achieved by these so-called tips and care. It is because of this mentality guide, from the network design person, everyone is self-lying. Otherworms of the programming design, honestly say that other people give me some programming concepts in the C language (such as STL, model, etc.), I have not understood it now. But I know that he did tell me what he knew, nor is his professor's level, it is because these knowledge is involved, and it is necessary to understand that it can really be deepened in theory after you have long-term practice. And sublimation! What about network knowledge? Beginners tend to be confused because of the calculation of the subnet mask, but as long as there is a high-minded friend to tell you the process and calculation skills, as long as your IQ is normal, I think it can understand. (I am such a person), for example, many of the knowledge points of BGP are very complicated. The beginners often can't touch the mind, but after getting the teacher's explanation, do a few experiments in the hands, as long as your IQ is normal, you can understanding. Of course, I don't deny that there is still a problem that the online world does not easily figure out, but this problem is in accordance with my current level of knowledge, there are not many and use not much. I sincerely hope that all network designers can realize their experiences and skills to promote the development of China's network career, rather than just relying on these techniques to make themselves for temporary vanity and money. However, I know that it is difficult to change the status quo because of the natural and human nature. It is difficult to change the status quo ... it is difficult!
