I use TOAD to operate the Oracle database, but there is a problem that I have been troubled, that is, my database service is called Portal, but if you use toad, you must use Portal13 to connect, today I find you can use TNSNames Editor to modify this configuration. The actual configuration is a mapping of the /oracledev/ora92/neetwork/admin/tnsnames.ora file, or you can directly modify this file to achieve the purpose of the configuration. This file is also read in PL / SQL to determine Oracle service.
