Solution:
Open IIS, view the properties of the web site, switch to the Directory Security tab
"Anonymous Access And Authentication Control" -> "Edit ..."
Discover "User Name" in "Anonymous Access" seems to be an administrator (feel) point "Browse ..." button
Then use "Advanced ..." to find users, find "administrator", select it, fill in password, remember password
