The ASP page cannot be opened in VS.NET (transfer)

problem:

Open an ASP page in VS.NET to switch to the design view, failed. prompt:

"Failed to open in the" Design "view. In" <% "and"%> "block, it will enclose the value in different ways."

Solution:

Find sentences containing *** = <% ****%> or *** = "<% ****%>"

Change to *** = '<% ****%>'
