I found [Run] in the menu when I used the former. There is no Chinese. The latter is completely Chinese interface, so I suggest download the latter (http://download2.eclipse.org/downloads/drops/l-3.0.1_translations-200409161125/nlpa- device.x-win32.zip ). (It is best to use it, then copy the files under the same directory name, if only the latter is used, some topics are not written in the help files) 3. Unzip Eclipse-SDK-3.0.1-win32.
