II. Install Eclipse and its language pack
Environmental requirements: Java (TM) 2 SDK, it is recommended to use a new version, such as 1.4.2 (my computer's environment is Windows XP SP1, Java (TM) 2 SDK V1.4.2_04).
First decompress Eclipse3.0.1 to a directory (here I decompressed to i: / eclipse), and then extract the language package nlpack-eclipse-sdk-3.0.x-win32.zip to the i: / eclipse directory. Then double-click the Eclipse.exe file in this directory to open Eclipe. The effect is as follows:
