The TCP / IP protocol set established the technology foundation of the Internet. The development of TCP / IP begins with the US DOD (National Defense) program. The IAB (Internet Architecture Committee) has a collaboration of many agreements. Initially, these institutions were initiated by the US government, and now they are all transformed into public and autonomous institutions. IAB collaborates to study and develop TCP / IP protocols and guides the development of the Internet. The TCP / IP protocol has been fully reflected in the request (RFC) file, and the RFC file is drafted, discussed, reviewed, and approved by the IETF committee.
