It belongs to USTC-UO, the introduction and use method of the unofficial DEB package maintained by my maintenance

BY Fan Tamo (xiaoju_f at 263 dot net) on 2004-08-02

=== Get mode ===

1. Via USTC UO software source

Deb http://debian.ustc.edu.cn/debian-u Sid Marillat Rareware Misc USTC Firefly

Deb-src http://debian.ustc.edu.cn/debian-u Sid Marillat RareWare Misc USTC Firefly

This can be upgraded and installing all USTC-UO packages, I did this, I didn't encounter any relevant system stability issues. Of course, this above is not all I maintained.

2. Through my personal homepage server

DEB http://218.22.21.25/~ xiaoju/en/i386 ./

DEB-SRC http://218.22.21.25/~xiaoju/en/source. /

And I have a package here, and friends who have not access to education networks abroad can try here.

=== I maintained software function description ===

Fontconfig:

(1) Allow the word library to leak 1%, so that some old fonts reorganized youth, of course, the English letter library is obviously impossible.

(2) For a font library that only supports GBK or BIG5, the internal internal code conversion is provided, which makes the maximum use of various francs, such as free MING in Hong Kong.

(3) Allow returning non-ASCII font names, not just let the display comfort point, the font "Song" specified in some web pages can also be identified.

(4) Put the default setting of Firefly, automatically contained in /etc/fonts/local.conf, put the author's FONTS.CONF (Chinese and English use different fonts) in the doc directory :-)

Mozilla: Allows support for non-ASCII font names, and the font "Song" specified in some web pages can also be identified.

Mozilla-firefox: Also, I am too lazy, who is willing to pick up? Mainly compiled too much time, I don't need Firefox.

2. Rhythmbox: Supports Chinese MP3ID3TAG, but there is no time to maintain it. Use watermark netizen lucida patch.

3. XPDF supports Chinese bookmarks and uses watermark netizen Lucida patch.
