The installation of the .NET framework failed and needs to manually delete the solution:
The following steps will remove the .NET framework after the .NET framework is installed, and allows new installations. Do not remove the beta .NET framework from your computer. If the Beta .NET framework is installed, it can be removed by reforming the hard drive.

If you have an entries in the .NET framework in the Add / Remove program, delete the .NET framework. Search for Mscoree.dll files and rename the file (if present). Mscoree.dll should be located in the Windows Directory / System32 folder. Remove the UrtTemp folder on Windows Directory / System32 / Syst / System32 / click Start, click Run, type regedit, and then click OK to launch the Registry Editor. Restart your computer. On the Start menu, click Run, type NET Stop iisadmin, and then click OK to stop the Internet Information Services (IIS) Admin service.
