At present, China's research has always been unpleasant, and there are few applications, and the analysis may be the following points:
1, the model is mainly involved in the development of foreign companies, and its norms are more suitable for some more mature multinational companies, while the domestic enterprises are still immature, and the practice in the field of supply chain management has just started, and the rules are not familiar. . Although the concept of supply chain management has been introduced, specific business models such as VMI, CPFR, etc. are difficult to truly unfold due to its own management level and information level.
2, although the model is more specified, but it is more complicated. The internal process of domestic enterprises can basically use existing process analysis tools such as IDEF, DFD, etc., can be effectively decomposed, although it is not specified, but because of the general only use of enterprises Therefore, it is enough to use it. Due to the close collaboration between the enterprises, there is no urgent mutual understanding, and there is no consistency to bring the interests of the consistency. Therefore, the idea of the supply chain does not fall to practice, and it hinders the research of domestic researchers in Scor.
3, Scor as a tool for describing and optimizing the supply chain process, because there is no in front of the interests, there is a lack of forward-looking researchers to study in-depth research, during the domestic higher education, the introduction of this tool is just a floating Surface, there is no truly expert in the work, it may be one of the most important reasons.
However, domestic companies should improve their management capabilities and levels, they must deeply go to the forefront of theory and practice research, grasp the pulse of the world's economy and management, and combine the trend of development, so we introduce the SCOR tool to improve the norm of enterprise processes. In international competition, enterprises can conduct effective exchanges with multinational companies. Since 1996, SCOR has been developed from the past 8 years. It has been upgraded to version 6.0. It has already had a more mature framework and theoretical approach, and today's enterprise can guide the supply chain management card process and build enterprise process models.
Scor provides an integrated, heuristic method model
