Such implementation models must require the implementation of the system from the perspective of management, and throw out the quality problems of the project personnel (the pricing of the project manager is enough), this implementation mode is the implementation cycle, and the current standard product is 21 people. Implementation is unrealistic. If we want to implement scale, each project uses such a model, not suitable, with our current person's condition, according to such implementation mode, the cost is too high, and the second is too big.
In addition to adopting a consulting oriented project implementation mode, there is a lower cost, shorter implementation cycle, and a lower implementation mode: pure software implementation mode. Take our software as a product to implement, the project cycle of 21 working days can even be shortened, although the amount of the project will be reduced, but the risk is very small, the funds are recycled, and the threshold for staff is not too high.
In addition to the application of pure product, add a service for enterprise management (substantial is product customization), as a consultant as a project manager, for the existing customers for consulting services (or implementation with product implementation), help Customers use IT means to improve management quality, such services are not limited to application company's own products, and can even include IT consulting (such as internal network construction, security, IT planning, etc.).
