ProGram Management is responsible for developing a development schedule, communicating with externalities, seeking technical logistics support

Quality Assurance test and evaluation software quality. (QA is the quality of the software, in real, objective and market-oriented vision, continuous view software products)

Program development (developments) write programs, capping.
