If you wish to encrypt the file and the folder where the file is located, click Encrypted File and its Parent Folders, and then click OK. If another user tries to open the encrypted file, this attempt will fail. For example, if another user attempts to open a encrypted Microsoft Word document, a similar one of the following messages appears:
Word can't open this document:
Username No Access Permissions
(
driver:/
File name.doc)
If another user tries to copy the encrypted file to another location on the hard disk, the following message appears:
Error when copying files or folders
Cannot copy
File Name: Access is rejected.
Please make sure the disk is not full or not written and the file is not used.

Log in to the domain controller as an administrator privilege account. Start an Active Directory user and computer management unit. In the left pane, the domain container is expanded. Find your target server, right-click the server, and then click Properties. On the General tab, select the "Trust this computer as a delegate" checkbox (if this check box has not been selected). When you appear, when you appear, click OK. Click OK, then exit Active Directory users and your computer. You cannot access the encrypted file from the Macintosh client computer. You cannot open documents stored in other users in the encrypted folder you created. If another user creates a document in the encrypted folder, the document (by default) is encrypted as only this user has access to the document. Therefore, you may contain files you can't open in the folder you encrypted. If you need to access these files, request your user account to the list of user accounts for shared encrypted files.
