Scalable Vector Graphics (SVG) is a recommended standard for W3C, which describes two-dimensional graphics structures and graphics applications, which can be displayed in a web browser, handheld device, or mobile phone. At present, the stable version is version 1.1, the latest version is 1.2 version of the draft form and has not finalized.
