Virtual machine installation talks

Take a virtual machine, it is already very popular. I have installed Linux before, but I have not installed in the virtual machine. Taking advantage of Today's weekend, in short, it is more smooth, let's talk about my installation process:

The first is to select the virtual machine software. There are currently two virtual machine software: VMware and Vitrual PC. I will not go to the difference between them (see http://www.huihoo.com/vm/vmware .html), I am using VMware 4.5.

Linux installation disk I downloaded from the Redhat community (http://download.vopen.net/index.php?o=display;id/index.php?o=display;id=23), the speed is very good, can reach 300 K. Download is the .iso mirror file, you need to open the software such as the magic drive. There is a problem with the installation. I have seen it for a long time. The optical drive cannot direct the installation. After the disk1 is open, there is no directly click on the installation file. Many friends can also encounter such friends, in fact, when installing the virtual machine software, automatically simulates the drive, software required by the system. . . There is a virtual optical drive on the right side of the virtual machine software interface, double-click to select the specified installation, find the installation disk is OK. The expansion process is simple, select the keyboard, mouse type, and now the US keyboard, PS / 2 mouse, and other selected models. Replacing the CD-ROM drive is also a little skill, the first chapter disk is used to install the second sheet, at this time you want Ctrl Alt Insert, you can't install Ctrl Alt Del, because these three keys will work for all systems, The class pushes the third disk.

In fact, the installation is still very simple, there is nothing trouble. Since it is time to make a network configuration tomorrow, then install the Oracle database. What is anything is writing. If you have any questions, you can write to me.
