Foam is not a swing plugin, and does not provide with the Eclipse plugin. It is a separate project, and the project is very simple. FOAM and JB are not comparable because Foam focuses on PANE, suitable for complex interfaces. The advantage is that it can easily achieve functionality to be implemented by FormLayout, and it is visualized! Unfortunately, I am currently using the 1.2 version after Crack.
