I downloaded Borland C Builderx from online.
The result is not installed on Windows2003.
Finally, I can install it as so:
Right click on Install.exe under the Windows directory in the installation directory
In the attribute
Will be installed on the hooks of WindowsXP.
If JBuildx can't install it, don't try it. (I can't think of this option is so useful, haha).
