The ASCII character code chart contains decimal and hexadecimal values extending ASCII (US Information Exchange Standards Association) character set. The extended character set includes ASCII character sets and 128 other characters for drawing graphics and lines, commonly referred to as "IBM Characters". The characters appearing in Windows are more than 127, depending on the selected words. The chart in this section displays the default character set of the console application.
