I have a very simple example, that is, swim:

Level 1: A group of people have not trained, and I don't know if there is any experience. After the water, some people float, some people go down. This is the unordered state of the level, the result is unknown

Level 2: Everyone has underwater water in the swimming pool or small pond, basically there will be no accidents under such conditions. But the action is chaotic, and there is a move that the dog plans can't say name. That is, the second level can repeat the previous successful experience

Level 3: After research, it has determined several standard swimming positions, knowing the fastest in the free swimming, the most labor-saving, etc. This is the third level, there is a standard process definition

Level 4: Everyone has mastered the standard movements, the results between each other can be compared. Through measuring the swimming scores of everyone (of course, the results of different swimming posts), muscle strength, etc. This is the quantitative control of the fourth level, manages and improves data through data.

Level 5: Everyone's technical level is very high, and the movements are perfect. We will improve our achievements by creating new swimming landscapes, introducing new swimsuits, etc. This is the continuous improvement of the five levels.
