For the resolutions discussed in the group, most agreements, a few opposes. After discussion, the resolution is formed. But how to treat members still holding opposition members?
There are two performances:
1) He opposed and told all the reasons for his objection and opposition.
Such members can choose to quit this resolution, such as do not participate in this project, do not participate in this work.
You can also keep your own opinions still fully cooperate with the resolution.
2) He opposed, but when the vote, he called the same ticket.
Such members may also work all forward.
If it is secretly increased resistance, it will become a hidden danger of the team. The reason why it is said that there may be such a situation, people can only feel the increased resistance but cannot eliminate the resistance through communication with other methods such as communication.
