The Web Service Agreement Forum will enable the entire web service group to participate in the verification and improvement of the process of Web service specification. The symposium process helps to produce well-designed specifications and to the industry to prove the interoperability of the Web service specification. The process has many similar to software development, and is a deep-thinking attempt to apply best practices from the "Software Engineering" group to generate Web service specifications.
