Follow these guidelines to help Google find, index your site and rank it, this is the best way to make sure your site is included in the Google search results. Even if you don't intend to design the website in accordance with these recommendations, we also strongly recommend that you consider the "Quality Guide" section, which lists some stupid practices, which may cause your website to be completely removed from the website index of Google. Once some websites are removed, they will never appear in any Google.com or their partner websites.
Design and Content Guide:
The website must have a clear hierarchy and text link. Each web page should be at least from a static text link to arrive. Provide a website map for your users, there is a link to important content. If the number of links in the site map exceeds 100, you should divide them into several pages. Create a useful, information-rich website, web pages should be clear and accurately describing your content. Imagine which words may use to find your webpage and make sure your site contains these words. Important names, content or links should be displayed in text instead of image. Google Search Robots don't know the text in the picture. Be sure to use the descriptive Title and Alt tags and accurate. Check the bad link and use the correct HTML tag. If you use a dynamic page (ie, "?" Characters included in the URL), you know that you can search for a dynamic page as you search for the static page, it is best to keep the parameters or numbers. Limit the number of links in the page within a reasonable range (less than 100).
Technical Guide:
Use a plain text browser such as Lynx to view your website because most network crawl looks like a website and Lynx. If you use many flowers such as JavaScript, cookies, session ID, framework, dhtml, or flash, but you can't see your site in your browser in plain text, then searching the reptile is not helpful. Allow search robots to travel to your site without session ID or parameters. These technologies may be useful for tracking a user's behavior, but the robot's access mode is very different. Using these technologies will result in incomplete site index because the robot may not be able to eliminate the URLs that do appear to be different but point to the same page. Make sure your web server supports if-modified-scence http header, this feature tells Google to change since the last travel gap. Support this feature saves your bandwidth and reaction time. Use the server's robots.txt file. This file tells the web crawler and which directories can or cannot be traversed. Make sure it is timely, so as not to prevent Google's actions from reptiles. For online reptiles, how to control them to access your website, please see http://www.robotstxt.org/wc/faq.html. If your company purchases a content management system, make sure this system can output content, so that the search engine can travel to your site.
Before your website is ready:
After your website is placed online, put it to google: http://www.google.com/addurl.html. Make sure all the site knows your webpage knows your site has been released online. Make sure your site has been submitted to the relevant site or directory, such as Open Directory Project or Yahoo !. Read the Google's WebMaster section regularly for more information.
Quality Guide - Basic Principles:
Your web page is made for users, not written for search engines. Never deceive your users, or display different content for search engines and users. Avoid adopting those purpose to improve the ranking of the search. Honestly, the high-end approach is to put wholeheartedly for your website. You may wish to ask yourself, "Is this helpful to me? If there is no search engine, will I do this?" Don't participate in the link plan aimed at improving the site's web ranking. In particular, avoid linking to the garbage site or online "bad neighbor" because they will adversely affect your website rankings. Do not use unauthorized computer programs to submit web pages, check rankings, and more. Such procedures waste computing resources and violate our terms of service. Google does not recommend using product automatic programs such as WebPosition Gold to retrieve Google. Quality Guide - Special Note:
Avoid hidden text or links. Do not use hidden pages or secretly redirect. Do not automatically send queries to Google. Do not load the page with the keyword word. Do not establish multiple pages, subdomains, and domain names with severe content. Avoid "facade" web pages set only for search engines, or other "cookie killer" schemes, such as union programs for actual content.
These quality guides cover most common misleading or manipulation behaviors, but Google undoubtedly makes degradation responses to other misleading behaviors (such as registration with the domain name of the well-known website. "Don't think some The deception trick is not listed here, and it is wrong to be Google approved. It will be able to provide a good user experience than those who take the essence of the above principles than those who spend time and use vulnerabilities.
