Differences in COM component systems for Windows2000 and Windows XP

It turns out that the web application is developed under Windows2000. The steps are as follows: 1. Develop the COM component 2 for the ASP with Delphi, establish an application in the Component Manager, and register 3, call the component in the ASP page.

But yesterday in Windows XP (IIS6 .NET Framework) found that the above steps will have problems. The problem appears in Delphi COM components that cannot access the Response object. As long as you access the object, an "Interface Not Support" will appear. Later, the Regsvr32 manual registration method was used to solve this problem. So I guess, is it different from the COM running mode in Windows XP and the difference in Windows2000. Components in different service processes cannot be accessed each other in context. This problem needs to be studied. (Preparing to write a letter to Microsoft).
