Members include China's mainstream Linux software vendors Zhongke Hongqi, Shanghai Skinth, Creative Open Source and IBM, HP and other international software giants. As an international organization that is committed to promoting Linux, OSDL has recently actively participated in and helped Sino-Japanese and South Korea on open source software. According to relevant people from the Open Source, the alliance welcomed all kinds of enterprises and institutions to participate in China R & D and promotion of open source software, especially internationally renowned open source organizations like OSDL. I hope they can bring advanced technical achievements, development models and management methods to China, and contribute to China's open source software.
The main role of Open Source Alliance represents China Participation in the open source software cooperation in Sino-Japanese and Korean, and has recently established three working groups in technology development and assessment, standardization and certification and human resources development. It is reported that the Open Source Alliance will organize the relevant competition for open source software enthusiasts in college students under the support of the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Information, Ministry of Education.
