Exchange Server problem
It is necessary to add all the secrets issued by Exchange Server, and the secret declaration is made, but according to KB's article, it is always not normal.
Two questions:
1, what is the 'Mail from = *' and 'RCPT to = *'? I basically figured out, one is Sender, one is to, CC, BCC;
2, Exchange Server Net Using RPC's MAPI, does not trigger SMTP Event, and I can't add it. I understand. But why use the same account to the outside message, you can use SMTP, otherwise it will not be? Is the Exchange Server uses the RPC and does not send the SMTP?
I saw the mail head, the route of two emails may be different, one is sent from Office to Exchange Server SMTP, and then the SMTP of Hotmail; one is directly from Echange Server to Hotmail SMTP. I think the problem is here? Without the RPC's root, there is no DROP to the SMTP entry queue, go straight through the MAPI, did not trigger Sink Event ...?
Tomorrow re-study ...
Confirmed, the problem is due to SMTP, only SMTP triggers Event. The solution given by KB is to use the second Exchange Server to make Border Server. Such a cost? ? I hope there is a new way.
