RFC # 621 SRI-ARC
NIC # 21994 March 6, 1974
NIC user directory on SRI-ARC
(NIC User Directories At SRI-ARC)
In the evening of March 8, 1974 (Friday), we will delete all the directorys on the SRI-ARC that belongs to Office-1.
At the same time, it will change on each network host, and the host name "NIC" refers to Offic-1 (the host 53 eight refine code), not SRI- ARC. (See RFC # 620, NIC # 21993)
The consequence of these changes is that the webmail sent to the NIC user in NICUSERNAME @ NIC will be passed to Office-1.
But if this message is sent to nicusername @ sri-arc, it cannot be received in SRI-ARC, because the NIC user name is no longer supported.
Please note: On SRI-ARC, the online email passed to your online mail is your obligation before March 8 (Friday). By then, this message will be deleted.
