RFC 123 Note

(Comments on RFC # 123)

For some 36-bit computers, it is urgent to strictly require the byte length 's' is a 32-bit raw connection. For example, in our PDP-10 (DMCG-ITS) NCP, we currently have not sent and accept the right way for 32-bit data. Data can be transmitted in accordance with the mapping (36-bit byte), or in accordance with the ASCII mode (8-bit character 8-bit characters). Perhaps we should allow the server to be transmitted than 32 bits (such as 72 bits), which can be added on the reservation bit. For the linkage length 's' can be fixed to 8 bits.
