JDO 2.0 (JSR 243) passed the final vote.
The result of the voting is: 15 support, 0 opposition, 1 abandonment (representative from JBoss).
Special congratulations to the JDO standard development group, especially the Leader Craig Russell of this group.
Despite the start of JDO2.0, there is a lot of debate, Craig Russell, is still working hard to develop a humanized, easy to write, and completely standard JDO2.0.
The new standard is based on JDO1.0 and the experience of all users in these four years.
As the EJB3 persistent layer, what do you think of what is attracting users in jdo2.0?
