Find regientib.exe in XP System32 / UrtTem, and then execute
Regtlib.exe
"C: / Program Files / MSN Messenger / MSNMSGR.EXE / 2"
In VS, you can stabilize the Messenger API TYPE LIB.
Then use MSN to develop.
