How to play project management games

Many project managers feel that they are more like a game instead of work. Some project managers play games to win it, others are just waiting for the next round of challenge, and there is nothing for how to play a little. Many project managers are intensive in playing this type of project management, and thus can achieve great achievements. And others don't know what they are doing, they can't achieve something because they obviously do not understand the rules of the game.
