Our PRABASE synchronization of our Prod and Test / Train is this state, regular Export Prod, Import to Test / Train Database. We use Cron Job to do. Write Scripts is easy. If your synchronization requires immediate, and only if you need this, you set the Advance Replication. According to the environment, think about an easy and easy-to-operate method, if it is a production system, it is best not to give yourself trouble.
