Writing a Robocode robot without a perfect API document and technical parameter reference manual obviously can't, robocode.alphaworks.ibm.com is the official document center of Robocode, providing the API document is the most authoritative, unfortunately because the speed is too Slow, so it is inconvenient online (there are some friends who have no condition to write programs, so I made this CHM version, including all the official API documents and FAQ.
