However, with the rapid development of network information technology, use the local language text to access the Internet resources, and become an urgent need of users around the world.
In order to actively promote the development of Chinese network resources, promote the popularity of Chinese Internet technology, accelerate the application of Chinese domain names, approved by the Ministry of Information Industry, China Internet Information Center (CNNIC) opened Chinese domain name test system in January 2000 and provided Chinese domain name registration service.
The Chinese domain name service system consists of three main parts: Chinese domain name management agencia, Chinese domain name authorized registration service organization, Chinese domain name dispute arbitration institution. Chinese domain name management agency is responsible for managing, running a domain name system, maintaining a Chinese domain name central database; Chinese domain name authorization registration service agency is responsible for accepting domain name registration applications, and completing the maintenance of registration work and some Chinese domain name data; Chinese domain name dispute arbitration agency is authorized Accepting Chinese domain name dispute complaints, arbitration of Chinese domain name disputes.
The first part of the Chinese domain name registration step
One. Noun explanation
Chinese domain name: "Chinese. China", "Chinese .cn", "Chinese. Company", "Chinese, Network" and other domain names.
English Website: Refers to the domain name of English letters, numbers, and underscores (including the English name of the web site).

1. The user submits Chinese domain name registration applications through the website of the registered service organization authorized by CNNIC;
2. The user pays for the registered service organization, and the authorized registration service will open the resolution service of the Chinese domain name according to the user's requirements;
3. If the user needs to resolve the Chinese domain name after registering the Chinese domain name, the user must register and build its own Chinese domain name resolution server and independently maintain its own Chinese domain name (see the fourth part of the article);
4. User-selected virtual host service providers or registered service needs to provide users with web webmatinal services; (if user management, maintain their own websites, users must provide support for Chinese website virtual host services);

1. Use IE 5.x browser
1) Use Chinese domain name client software
After starting the Chinese domain name client software, the user can enter the Chinese domain name directly in the IE 5.x address bar.

2. Using Netscape 4.x browser
1) Use Chinese domain name client software
Once the Chinese domain name client software is started, the user can enter the Chinese domain name directly in the address bar of Netscape 4.x.
Such as: Enter "Tsinghua University. China" or "Tsinghua University", you can correctly visit Tsinghua University's website;
2) domain name client software
The user must enter the Chinese domain name in the address bar of Netscape 4.x in the standard HTTP protocol format.

3. Do not use client software, main error analysis:
1) If the title of the browser displays an error message, for example: "HTTP 400 - Error Information", cannot be viewed
Reason: A virtual host provider selected by the user, which does not support the web server for users to provide virtual host services.
Workaround: Contact your virtual host provider to provide Chinese virtual host services.
2) If the browser displays the default page of the web server
Reason: Web server for web host providers support Chinese, but not properly configured.
Workaround: Contact your virtual host provider to properly configure Chinese virtual hosts.
How to implement the second part of the Chinese domain name in the registration system
I. When a user registers Chinese domain name, the Chinese domain name to register and the English website of the corresponding website.
Registration implementation principle:

Registration implementation principle:

4. Server configuration
1) If the user is registered, fill in the domain name server you manage, please configure the server according to the fifth part of this article;
2) If the user is registered, the servers of the registered service organization are filled in, and the registration service organization will be responsible for providing domain name resolution services to the Chinese domain name registered by the user.
3. When the user registers Chinese domain name, there is no English website and the corresponding server name.

The third part of the correct configuration method of Chinese domain name client software
Currently, Chinese domain name client software default Chinese domain suffix is ". China", if users want the default suffix ". Company" or ".", You can choose from the client's system configuration. Use the domain suffix to simplify the user's Chinese domain name input:
