This paper introduces a good way to save a web page: .mht format. Published in "Computer Lovers" 2000 No. 18. This is the first article I published on "Computer Lovers". Later, there were still some people to change several words again in "computer enthusiasts" 2002, I have nothing to say ~~~~

When we go online, you can often see useful information needs to be saved. Before IE5.0, the saving feature comes with the browser can only save the HTM file of the web page, and the information such as the image is lost. Starting from IE5, all of the features saved by the web content are provided. As long as "Save As" is selected in the file menu, you can save the entire page along with the image. However, such a save method also has a disadvantage: a full web page consists of an HTM file and a folder that saves the picture information, is still less convenient to manage and archive. Is there a better way? We said, there is! In fact, IE5 provides us with such functions. When saving the page, we can select the Save Type as "Web file, single file (* .mht)", you can save the entire web page as a .mht file, which contains all web files and image information. At any time, we only need to open this .mht file, the whole colorful web page will be present in front of us, even if it is a complex framepage page. The above methods are passed on the Windows2000 Professional version of the IE5.00.2920 version. If you have any better way or experience, you are welcome to communicate with me.
