Error phenomenon:
After the default is installed Oracle 816 for NT, you want to use Oracle816 for NT OEM tool to manage the database.
Start → Program → Oracle - Orahome81 → Enterprise Manager → Console
At this time, the system appears below one:
Click "OK", appear on the screen, three.
Enter this machine IP address on the Add Management Server bar, such as: 192.1.1.1, click "OK", appear on the screen.
ORADB displayed on the screen makes the native name, click "OK", the screen is five, "Oracle Enterprise Manager Login".
Enter the password / password: system / manager, click "OK", appear on the screen 6, and the following error prompt appears.
VTK-1000: Unable to connect to the management server ORADB.
Please Vertify That You Have Entered The Correct Host Name
And The Status of The Oracle Managerment Server.
Solution:
1. Use Enterprise Manager configuration accessory
Start → Program → Oracle - OraHome81 → Enterprise Manager → Configuration Assistant
a, use the Configuration Assistant tool to create a new information archive, as shown in Figure 7.
Click Next to appear on the screen.
B, first log in
Username: System, Password: Manager, Service: ORADB,
Note: The input user must have DBA permissions, click Next, appear on the screen.
c, create a user with this information file library, the system is default the machine name, here we have the user name: test, password: Test,
Enter twice password, click Next, the screen is ten.
D, because the input is a new user, the system requires the specified user table space, this example uses the system recommended,
Click Next, the system is creating an OEM_Repository table space, and the screen is eleven after the creation is completed.
e, the system shows "Create Data Archive Overview",
Click Finish, display "Configure Accessibility Progress", as shown in Figure 12.
Click Show Details, you can see that the system is creating a prompt for a variety of objects.
The system processing is complete, click "Close", as shown in Figure 13.
2, launch OracleraHome81ManagementServer service
Start → Settings → Control Silver Edition → Administrative Tools → Services, as shown in Figure 14, find the location of Oracle-related services.
Click "Start", as shown in Figure 15. If the previous step does not create a profile, it will start failed.
Set the OracleraHome81ManagementServer service to automatic startup mode.
3, re-register Oracle Enterprise Manager login
Start → Program → Oracle - Orahome81 → Enterprise Manager → Console
The default administrator of Oracle Enterprise Manager is Sysman / Oem_Temp, and the system administrator should change the password immediately. As shown in Figure 6, don't write SYSMAN / OEM_TEMP directly in the administrator, but enter "username / password" separately.
