2000 Upgrade to 2003 After using the ASP to access the database, 8007007F error occurred at Conn.open

2) C: / Program Files / Common Files / System / OLE DB

1) C: / Winnt / System32 / DLLCache
2) C: / Program Files / Common Files / System / OLE DB
3) Reboot The Server
