Development role (Roles)
Introduction
In Phoenix-based development, we can be seen as a role (Roles). Each of this is in the following wizard. If you plan to develop Phoenix itself, or you are responsible for all aspects, you need to read all the following wizards. In addition, you need to understand the guide, you need to know everything.
administrator
The administrator is responsible for launching Phoenix and keeps its operation. He typically controls the startup and shutdown of a stand-alone server or virtual server, and uses the management console to keep the server in the most stateful state.

Professionals
The configuration personnel manage the application services in Phoenix through the management console. In real life, configuration personnel and administrators are usually a person.

Block developer
