Import Excel data into the Access database
Recently, some netizens often ask questions about Execl database operations, many of which are questions about "Excel Data". There are two ways to import EXECL data into Access: one is a direct introduction method; the other is to establish a connection method. And the most used in our daily work is direct import method, limited to space, I only talk about direct importance, I hope to bring you a reference.
Specific operations can be performed as follows:
1. Start Microsoft Access2000;
2. Create an empty database.
3. Select the "Table" option in the object bar, execute the "File → Get External Data → Import" command, open the Import dialog;
4, select the file type "for Microsoft Execl", click the down black triangle on the right side of "Find" to select the .xls file, then select the work thin file to import data;
5. Click the "Import" button to enter the Import Data Stop Wizard dialog, as shown in Figure 1:

6. Press "Next" to select the "First Line contains the column header" check box;
7. Press "Next" to enter the "Select Data Save Position" page. If you don't want to save in an existing table, then select "New Table", otherwise keep the default value "existing table" Select the table name; (I will choose a new table here)
8. Press "Next" to enter the Field Selection page to keep the default value. as shown in picture 2:

9. Press "Next" to enter the page shown in Figure 3, select "Self-Select Primary Key".

10. Press "Next" to enter the interface shown in Figure 4, enter the table name in the Import to Table "input box, I enter" one class "here.

11. "Complete" button, at which time the system will pop up a dialog box (the middle of Figure 5), press the "OK" button.
