1. What is IELTS IELTS? IELTS IELTS is an abbreviation for the International English Language Testing System (International English Language Test System). How to choose registration time? In general, you must apply for at least two weeks in advance. Some test centers receive registrations at any time, but some test centers will announce the date of registration in advance. 11.
