Symptom: Send an email to the Internet, the server returns an error message: Failed to Connect To SMTP HOST Because server is not responding. (Note: refers to the target host that sends an email, such as 163.com.
Solve: Add the following parameter dnsserver = x.x.x. in the Notes.ini file of the Domino server.
Cause: When Windows2000 is configured with a dual-NIC or dual IP address, Domino has failed when looking for a DNS server.
