Mschart control is a graphic-based ActiveX control based on graphic display data very early. We know that the MSChart control is used as server-side developers in Web Development Developers, and the client must install Visual Studio.
Is there a way to use the MSCHART control without installing Visual Studio? The answer is: Yes.
I have collected two methods online:
the first method:
This method is more cumbersome, nor is it easy to succeed.
For the IE page, the MSChart control is placed on the server. When the user browses, IE will download MSCHART.OCX and LPK. LPK is an authorized file. The client downloads the file, and the LPK is correct when License is correct, in order to use Mschart correctly The control, the user can browse the page with MSChart. The tools and methods for generating LPK can refer to Microsoft's Knowledge Base: "Q159923 OWTO: USE Licensed ActiveX Controls in Internet Explorer".
The second method:
This method is easiestic, and it can be successful in many machines newly installed the operating system.
Open the registry, create a new button name 12B under hkey_classes_root / licensees
