There may be a number of causes that can't be logged in to .NET Messenger Service or a variety of errors (for example: "0x81000370 error"). These problems can usually be solved by one of the following methods:
1. Does the "Date / Time Properties" on your computer set the correct: Double-click time, check the date and time is set correctly.
2. If your account number and password are not saved in the MSN, you need to confirm that your account and password you entered are correct (please pay attention to the case of case letter and account).
3. Disable Auto Detection settings in your browser. For Internet Explorer users, click the IE Tools menu, click Internet Options, click the Connection tab, click the LAN Settings button, and then clear the Auto Detection Settings box.
