At the same time, people also proposed the slogan of "Being Management Benefits". Later, as the company applied MRP in-depth, people put forward new issues, they requested management information systems to process financial information simultaneously while processing material plan information. That is, the company requires the financial accounting system to have funded information from the production system and control and guide production and operation activities at any time to achieve the unity of capital flow and material flow. This has the application of MRPII. Most companies from MRP come over, their current management informationization is in this stage.
Another road is coming over along the accounting computer, this is the choice of most of our enterprises in my country. Also started in the early 1980s, some companies began adopting accounting software instead of people's work accounts in order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of accounting accounting, and started the long history of "accounting computerization". Soon, companies are not satisfied with this transactional accounting software, they need "financial management" to analyze and decisive accounting information, and provide guidance for business operations. So they started the application of managed finance software. Some companies have put forward new needs on this basis: extending financial management and monitoring functions to sales, procurement and other business links, realizing financial accounting, control and import, and deposit business. This is actually a "financial business integration" that many companies are doing. In companies with "accounting computerization" to manage information, many "financial services, a Chinese chemical system" has been implemented.
