Do not use high connection number
(RFC25 NO High Link Numbers)
Since the connection number is kept in one or more connections to test the device, it may refer to, and 256 connections are far from high.
We recommend not use the connection number above 63 in the actual needs. We will be divided by the University of California Los Angeles. UCLA
Apply this limit to implement our table. We also notice that 32 may be more close to the actual, but 64 is indeed enough.
