PVCS Tracker is used to manage, manage, manage, the characteristics, various defects, and change requests during the exchange of soft development. Develop organizations to build a defect tracking and a change processing assistant system.
PVCS Tracker has powerful flexibility and statistical analysis capabilities to meet the statistics and analysis requirements of defects in software engineering.

For the server installation, select the Web Serve option to allow access through web.
Configuring a database
PVCS Tracker can store data in large DBMS and currently support SQL Server and Oracle. The TRACKER database needs to be configured after the installation is complete. Here, SQL Server is used as an background database as an example.
Open the PVCS Tracker Admin tool.

In Wizard, enter the name of the Server, the type of DBMS used, and the machine name where the database server is located.

Enter the administrator account and password of the DBMS, and the username that needs to be created to access the PVCS Tracker user.

Enter the data object name of the TRACKER main database and the SQL Server data file name, and the name of the LOG data file.

Create a project
Press the Project button in the PVCS Tracker Admin root to add a project.

Enter the name of the project name and the project database.

Enter the data object with the corresponding SQL Server database file name and log file name.

Once you have successfully created a database, you can use PVCS Tracker to access.
Open PVCS Tracker, select the Server and items set in front, enter the password.

Configuring IIS
PVCS Tracker provides a Vizard configuring IIS after installation.

Configure it by default.
After the above Wizard is configured, select the PVCS Tracker I-Net Sample Page in the Program Menu to configure the project to access from the browser.

Press TRACKER I-NET Web Configuration, select the database type, enter the name of the database server, the name and password of the database user.

Enter the username and password of the administrator privilege in Tracker.

In the project configuration, select Allow options from web access, whether it is a default item.

At this point, you can access the PVCS Tracker with your browser. Remember the URL accessible.
