If you double-click to open OracleraHome92TnsListener in the Control Panel / Administration Tools / Services to see the processing method of the "executable path" column:
First run the regedit.exe launch the Registry Editor, find the OracleoraHome92TnsListener item under Services and CurrentControlSet / Services under HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE / System / ControlSet002 / Live, press the right button, create a new / string, name ImagePath.
Double-click the new idea, enter D: /oracle/ora92/bin/tnslsnr.exe (modified according to your own actual situation), determine complete.
Double-click the service to open OracleraHome92TnsListener in the service to see that its "executable path" column has already displayed its correct value. At this time you can start listening.
Also can also operate ORACleServiceKDB, but change the value of imagePath to D: /oracle/ora92/bin/oracle.exe kkdb.
